TECHNIQUE OF AGING IN POPULATION FORECAST (USING AN EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN)
Currently the defined age-group populations’ planning in the preparation of federal and regional budgets is based on the analysis of the State statistical reporting data on the number and mortality rate of inhabitants. The paper represents the technique of aging in order to forecast the population of the Republic of Tatarstan, allowing planning the future demographic situation.
