STATIC OPTIMIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION CYCLE AT ENTERPRISES OF BEARING
The paper illustrates the issue to optimize the flow of inventory in the production process at enterprises of bearing industry. The article represents the static optimization model of production orders by the criterion of production lead time taking into account restrictions due to functions of buyers’ demand for products, supply functions of material suppliers and standards of production costs. The authors develop analytical optimization mechanisms to simulate the output plan, as well as orders and issues of materials for production purposes.
