INFORMATION POTENTIAL OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE AND ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF ITS DEVELOPMENT IN MUNICIPALITIES OF THE SAMARA REGION
The paper illustrates the assessment parameters that determine the level of informational potential development of historical and cultural heritage of 16 municipal districts in the Samara region. The article analyzes 48 social and cultural passports of the museum’s activities in 2011-2013. The authors make conclusions regarding the dynamics of regional museums information and identify the interests of the local community, regional and municipal authorities, and the private-business sector in the social and economic development of museums. Special attention is paid to the technique that can help comprehensively assess the quality of information and communication environment of municipal museums in the Samara region and make recommendations on the use of modern and innovative approaches to the organization of museum activities.
