METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT IN "ROSTELECOM" ON THE BASIS OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL DIAGNOSIS
The paper illustrates the method of determining the level of innovative development corporation to improve transparency of management innovation. The article analyses the innovative potential subsystems of the companies in the sector of telecommunications, and this analysis allows us to make conclusions about the level of innovation development in "Rostelecom" and indicators of the company in the need of priority control actions.
