MODERNIZATION OF SYSTEM FACTORS IN MATERIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL BASIS DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IN RUSSIA
The paper illustrates the main directions of material and technological base development of the machine-building industry and its modernization. The author proves that the reconstruction of existing engineering enterprises should focus on technological and technical transformation, to improve the product and institutional changes.
