METHODOLOGY FOR MONITORING THE CUSTOMER’S VALUE PERCEPTION OF CONSULTING SERVICES
The author suggests the technique for the customer’s value perception of consulting services. The paper illustrates the estimation parameters of customers’ expectation and represents the structure to evaluate consulting services. The article represents the form of customers’ card and suggests a single table taking into account their wishes.
