THE EFFECT OF THE LEGALITY PRINCIPLE ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITYOF PUBLIC-LAW ENTITIES
The paper analyses the impact that the principle of legal liability have on a special kind of legal liability of public law entities - the constitutional responsibility. The study of this problem leads to a conclusion that it isneccessary to reform legislation embodying the norms of the constitutional responsibility of the Russian Federation and its regions and municipalities.
