INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN MANAGING EMPLOYMENT IN MODERN ECONOMY
Optimum parity search of traditional and innovational approaches used in population employment management in conditions of innovational economy developing is staticized. Management of employment should be aimed at the decision of two problems: to contribute a labor market and employment flexibility and to provide the human capital increasing and employee’s adequate protection from risks on a labor market. Characteristics of new type employment are considered in the article, the importance and key aspects of a new employment management paradigm are defined, concrete innovational approaches to management of employment are presented.
