THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMING HETEROGENEOUS SYSTEMS
The main tendency in developing modern social and economic systems is increasing the heterogeneity as a result of activating integral processes - from the diversification of the activity of separate producers to forming transnational and global economic structures. Internal heterogeneity and the presence of multiple internal and external links create big difficulties in managing such systems. Therefore working out the theoretical and methodological base that can provide the effective strategic management of heterogeneous social and economic systems makes this problem actual for the scientific research.
