GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC OF CRIMINAL PERSONALITY
The problem of criminal personality is one of the most important issues in criminal legal science and criminology. It is connected with the fact that establishment of all circumstances characterizing a criminal personality is of the essence for determination of responsibility nature and punishment measure. Thus it must be kept in mind, that not all criminal traits, but only those that were manifested in commission of a socially dangerous act, are exposed to a negative assessment.
