SPECIAL FEATURES OF INDUSTRIAL AGENDA IMPLEMENTATION IN THE RUSSIAN CONDITIONS
The authors study main factors which form the model of industrial agenda in separate countries; the phenomena discriminating or limiting implementation of world economic relations of Russia as WTO member are pointed out, these include politic, economic requirements as well as technical progress requirements.
