APPROACHES AND METHODS FOR HUMAN CAPITAL ASSESSMENT AS NONMATERIAL ASSET WHICH DETERMINES COMPANY ASSET VALUE
The author provides her own interpretation of human capital assessment methods. The correlation between company asset value and human capital value is studied in the article. The approaches and methods of company human capital assessment are described.
