CURRENT EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEMS OF RESOURCE RENT EXTRACTION
The paper considers the current problems of rent relations and one of the main stages of reproduction process of the rent relations - resource rent extraction as false social cost. By the example of Russia and a number of the countries, such as Norway, Kazakhstan and Indonesia the main mechanism of resource rent extraction using the rent-targeted taxation system is considered.
