DEMOGRAPHIC VECTOR OF RUSSIA. THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE 21TH CENTURY
The article considers the results of demographic policy for the recent 7-8 years. The probable influence of demographic wave (gap) on the dynamics of various population groups is analyzed. The author also offers a range of low-cost measures to support prevention of new depopulation stage in Russia.
