METHODICAL APPROACHES TO THE QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES OF REGISTRATION BASED ON THE THEORY OF GAPS
The process of rendering public services of registration is considered, performance indicators of Federal service for state registration activity, level of these indicators connection with consumers’ satisfaction, methodical approaches to the analysis of quality level of land and cadastre services and possibility of the theory of gaps application are analyzed.
