RELEVANT MOTIVATION FOR RESPONSIBLE STAFF IN THE ORGANIZATION
The author provides study results of motivating employees in an organization, having various degree of responsibility for their own life situations and different relevant needs. The article demonstrates that the subjects having interest in material wealth differ in internal locus of control. The relations of responsibility and anxiety about the future with the social requirements, desire for personal development etc. are reflected.
