PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF "RUSSIAN RAILWAYS" GRID BUSINESS HOLDING DEVELOPMENT
The prospects of JSC "Russian Railways" power grid activities are under discussion. "Russian Railways" holding framework comprises various kinds of activities in terms of state regulation. The use of connecting and distributive networks of JSC "Russian Railways" for providing electricity transmission services to outside consumers allows the author to put forward a proposal to single out power grid into a separate activity.
