ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR: SOURCE OF PROBLEMS OR OPPORTUNITIES?
Institutional changes of the Russian economy determined by the shift to neoliberal economic model are reflected in economic transformations of the public sector. The consequences of these transformations are under discussion. There are made some conclusions about the possible impacts on the economy.
