The problem of labour productivity is considered one of the most challenging for Russian industrial enterprises. Under the conditions of the new economic reality any industrial enterprise tries to provide the same output while optimizing costs. One of the important factors of cutting costs and, consequently, boosting profitability is increase in labour efficiency. This problem is getting one of the most significant for many companies in the manufacturing industry as well as others, especially in terms of severe economic recession.
