SPECIAL FEATURES OF APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS EVALUATION
The author analyzes methodological solutions to economic development targets. The suggested analysis system allows to look at the problem with regard to quickly changing character of the influence subjective factors provide on production development. It is proved that search for new schemes of development organization are required.
