PROBLEMS OF INVESTMENT FUND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND APPROACHES TO THEIR SOLUTION FOR INNOVATION FINANCING DEVELOPMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The existing ways of investment fund performance evaluation are analyzed. The article defines the need for significant change of the rulemaking concept for protection and development of the Russian Federation investment potential, withdrawal from a bank dominating role as investment resource for innovations. It suggests the set of measures, needed for an efficient application of investment fund mechanisms for the RF innovation economy development purposes.
