OBJECTIVE FORM OF GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW REALIZATION: THEORETICAL BASE AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
In the article there is formulated a concept reflecting objective form of general principles of law realization. The author reveals peculiar features of private and public-private types of legal regulation with regard to their correspondence with the general principles of law.
