THEORETICAL AND METHODICAL BACKGROUND FOR PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FORMATION UNDER ENTERPRISE INNOVATION POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
There are discussed theoretical points concerning the essence of public-private partnership (PPP) in the conditions of innovational paradigm formation of socio-economic systems. The integrated forms of interaction between public and private economic sectors are revealed; the tasks and objectives, advantages and results of PPP are singled out. There is suggested a generalized scheme for public-private partnership formation in innovation and sci-tech spheres; implementation of the provided scheme enables coordination and control of the innovation process.
