NATIONAL INTEREST CATEGORY IN LEGISLATION AND LITERATURE
The article considers national interest category in terms of national and international science and official documents as well. It should be taken into consideration that the term is specified in no legislative act. The problems of national, state, public interest and nation interest correlation are designated.
