QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION IN HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AMENITIES REFORM
The advantages and drawbacks of quality management system implementation in housing and public services enterprise are observed in the article. The author single out that in this sphere only one good solution could be found, that is coming round to quality.
