GRADING AS A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT MECHANISM
The article reflects the problems of personnel motivation in the conditions of modern Russian economy such as methods for labor efficiency evaluation, qualifications evaluation and corresponding compensation system. The emphasis is made on one of evaluation methods - grading. The authors reveal its essence, point out its advantages and disadvantages as well as possibility to apply it to Russian management practice.
