PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION OF EMPLOYEES BASED ON KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
The authors discuss the issue of new employees adaptation in the organization based on managing their professional knowledge. The ways to transfer the required scope of knowledge and information aimed at efficiency upgrading of professional activities are pointed out.
