HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVE ABILITY UPGRADE
The authors proved the expediency of effective human resources management system formation in order to upgrade competitive ability of an organization. Different concepts in the sphere of human resources management are compared. There are provided examples from Russian practice of doing business.
