LOGISTICS RISKS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE IN THE PROCESS OF SERVING THE CLIENTS ON THE BASIS ‘SIX SIGMA’ CONCEPTION
The article deals with methodological approach "six sigma" to practical usage in the sphere of risk management of logistic business processes of serving the clients with dairy products and baby food for commercial enterprises of a distribution chain. Every stage of the model of DMAIC management process is described; the recommendations are given; the choice of objective function is justified; the operating variables are determined. The topicality of process approach to the logistic management is justified. The results of investigation of data-flow business processes can be used for solving the tasks of optimization and modeling.
