The market increasing dynamics determines new demands to the system of professional education. In order to reach the maximum compliance with the requirements of employers demand in relation to the quality of graduates; its is believed to be quite necessary to implement constant monitoring of graduates and employers, to analyze the tendencies of labor market development and promising trends in economics and national economics. On the example of human resources demands investigation in building sector the trends in the development of professional training are estimated.
