ZONE OF ADVANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AS A TOOL OF SPATIAL CLUSTERING OF ECONOMICS
The article deals with theoretical bases of the Russian Federation polarized development, the zones’ of advance economic development essence and principles of their functioning. The long-range zones of advance economic development for the implementation of innovative scenario of regional development are designated in the article.
