ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PROSECUTORS IN ANCIENT ROME IN II-I CENTURIES B.C.
The main reasons of state interference into public order of accusation in Ancient Rome in II - I centuries B.C are considered. Two basic landmarks of prosecutors institute development are singled out, first one is connected to the state stimulation, the second one - to the participation of professional prosecutors in political snitching.
