RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE OF ESTABLISHING THE CONSTANT AND VARIABLE PART OF LABOUR REMUNERATION OF COMPANY EMPLOYEES
The author considers the constant and variable parts of labour remuneration, widely spread approaches to their formation. The advantages and disadvantages of various bonus payment schemes are distinguished. The ratio of constant and variable parts of labour remuneration are represented.
