SELF-SUFFICIENCY OF REGION AS ITS SYSTEM CHARACTERISTIC
In article institutional and economic preconditions of formation of self-sufficient regions are considered. The external and internal factors influencing given process are revealed. Possible scenarios of development of self-sufficient regions are analysed. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of the system approach in the course of reorganization of a regional economy.
