NANOTECHNOLOGIES: SOME ASPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION
The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of the relations anyway connected with the creation and the use of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials. In the article the questions of legal definition of nanotechnologies within the current federal legislation and some regional aspects of legal support of development of nanotechnologies (on an example of the Samara Region, the Russian Federation) are considered.
