LOGISTIC APPROACH AS EFFICIENT MEAN OF IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL STRATEGY OF TRANSPORT COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT
The development of regional transport complexes, playing an important infrastructural role in the national economics, is believed to be an actual trend in providing organizations with competitiveness at all the management levels. The article deals with the innovative breakout in the development and growth of modern transport complexes. The system of program events should be oriented to the disbursement of perspective volume of goods and passengers transportation. There is a necessity in the formation of new organizational and financial structures of regional transort complex management.
