COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE DETRECTION METHODS OF INTEGRAL ESTIMATION OF HOUSING MODERNIZATION
The article deals with the task of regions’ division in multivariate indication space as of the modernization results in housing and community amenities branch on the basis of multivariate comparative analysis. Integral criterion of state and level of modernization housing and community amenities branch in the Russian Federation regions were detected both according to its every element and to the system of indices in total. Finally, the conclusion on high level of results convergence is made. The advantages of relative differences in the process of rating estimation formation are demonstrated in the article.
