BASIC PARAMETRES OF COMPETENCE PECULIARITIES OF EXECUTIVE POWERS ON VARIOUS STAGES OF COMPANY’S LIFE CIRCLE
The article deals with the analysis of the problems that are usually faced by executive powers in the basic functional spheres of company’s management on various stages of company’s life circle. The model of instrumental competence transformations required for the problems successful decisions by the top-managers and efficiency provision for companies’ activities are presented in the article.
