STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF URBAN REAL ESTATE PRICES IN MOSCOW
The article is devoted to statistical analysis of prices for urban real estate in Moscow. Results of market analysis of urban real estate in Moscow are presented; the factors that influence the pricing of residential property are identified. The models of predicting the price of urban real estate on the basis of the statistical apparatus of multivariate correlation and regression analysis are obtained.
