TO THE QUESTION ON NECESSITY OF INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIONS IN THE DOMESTIC INDUSTRY
In article the complex of questions connected with a condition of innovative activity in the domestic industry is considered. The necessary toolkit for innovative development is allocated, including: protection of intellectual property; use of financial mechanisms of stimulation; development of the private-state partnership and others. The detailed analysis of results of intellectual activity, dynamics of delivery of patents of the Russian Federation on the inventions useful to model both industrial samples and their introductions in a civil-law turn is made. The reasons of absence of motivation to introduction of innovations are established. Conclusions about necessity of introduction of innovations for the industry become.
