Despite optimistically forecasts of analysts and comparative security of the given sector it is considered impossible to avoid the influence of modern macroeconomic tendencies. As a rule, developing countries and the states with transitive economy give the greatest attention to universal access and installation of telephones to households. Telecommunications promptly develop in Russia in the period 2004-2009, and the Russian market of telecommunication services is one of the most dynamical in the world.
