LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF NON-FERROUS METALS BASED ON APPLYING THE METHOD OF REENGINEERING
The article discusses reengineering business processes of the enterprise of nonferrous businesses. It is also suggested to use elements of risk management that allows formalizing a control system of business processes. It allows the enterprise to increase its possibilities from the point of view of stability.
