CONCEPT OF A PROJECT-ORIENTED CENTER FOR INNOVATIVE SOCIALLY AND POLITICALLY ACTIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The active alteration of the landscape of contemporary innovative activities presses for the search and use of the new institutional forms of innovation management. In the article the author develops a new concept of a project-oriented center of innovative socially and politically active entrepreneurship, which co-opts the best features of such famous forms of innovative activities as technological parks, business incubators, think tanks, and public policy centers.
