FORMATION OF INNOVATION MODELS OF CORPORATE TYPE STRUCTURE REORGANIZATION
It is a common knowledge that reorganization is one of the most effective ways of optimization entrepreneur activity. The mail goal of activity transformation forms is to save vital functions, its survival. But companys reorganization can be made also in a planned way, when nothing threatens companys activity, but management thinks that effectiveness of functioning can be improved by reorganization. It doesnt matter what was the reason, that induce managers to do that - a wish to develop faster, taking over new markets, getting new technologies - as a result, restructuring is always aimed on achieving new abilities of profitable growth, internal or external. The last one mostly occurred in a M&A (mergers and acquisitions) form. Examining M&A as the main type of external growth and company development all over the world, inducing causes and results of M&A is the subject of this article.
