IMPROVEMENT OF CORPORATE INTERACTION OF STAKEHOLDERS GROUPS IN CORPORATION MANAGING
Switching the world economy to 2008s crisis, a need in rising of corporate governance quality, in a qualified and complex corporate relations and reputation risks management has become more evident. Financial-economical crisis has just strengthened the importance to increase reliability and objectivity of the management decisions which are made on all the corporate levels of organizational structure and made everyone draw attention on straightening the most effective relations between stakeholders and corporation. Thats why during this period of Russias economy development, the improvement of Russian corporation relations managing is one of the most actual way of development of Russian economic science, as the straight translation of foreign methods of corporate relations optimization do not find wide application due to many reasons.
