ISSUES OF THE MODERN CORPORATION GROWTH: CREATION OF SOCIALLY-ORIENTED CUSTOMER VALUE
Corporatization of business conditions, transformation of individual private capital into public capital, which begins to play an important role in reproduction of man power and social-economic system in general are dealt with. It determines the tendency to a greater socialization of business or orientation of business towards solving not only its own problems, but also society issues. The main problem in socialization is organizing the interests of business owners, shareholders, workers, state, customers and business partners into a hierarchy.
