THE ESSENCE AND CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES OF THE REPRODUCTION SYSTEM OF THE BASIC PRODUCTION ASSETS IN THE WATER TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES AT THE PRESENT STAGE
The most important problem of water transport is by far the physical and moral wear and tear; as well there is a shortage of modern water transport for the transportation of large- capacity containers, mixed vessels of water transport and comfortable passenger ships. A decrease in the total amount of the exploited vessels, their physical and moral depreciation can lead to the change of domestic ship-owners to foreign ones. To solve an immediate problem in the shortest period of time there should be determined the sources of financing of new ships construction and should be planned the upgrade of the water transport.
