DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH CARE. IMPACT OF HEALTH CARE ON CONTEMPORARY DEMOGRAPHIC TENDENCIES IN THE SETTLEMENTS OF FAR NORTH (ON THE BASE OF DATA FROM THE Khanty - Mansiysk autonomous okrug - Ugra (KMAO))
In this work the author analyzes financial results of the public health institutions performance during the period between 2008 and 2009 in the Khanty - Mansiysk autonomous okrug - Ugra (KMAO). The methodological aspects of evaluating effectiveness of the public health care financing system of the region are considered. The problems of reforming public health care due to the fact that it is entering the contemporary stage of modernization in the field are also described. Furthermore, the main stages of appraisement of effective tendencies are highlighted.
