EVALUATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
The article reviews current approaches to managing innovation development of socio-economic systems. The author has studied the theory of national innovation systems and the concept of an innovative state of socio-economic systems. Based on the proposed concept innovative evaluation system of states of real socio-economic systems are developed, including performance evaluations. a system of indicators of innovative state is offered to use to make recommendations on management of national innovation systems. Evaluation of an innovative state of the Russian Federation is presented.
