PROBLEMS OF LEGITIMATI NG ENTERPRENERIAL ACTIVITY SUBJECTS IN MIXED ECONOMY
The problems of legitimating entrepreneurial activity subjects are considered in the article. The author makes a conclusion that including the legal norms on entrepreneurial activity subjects’ state registration in private law system does not make these norms civil.
